VendorsWe look forward to your participation at the 2018 ACS International Conference at the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach! We have a lovely and spacious atrium for display and vendor sales. All participant breaks will be held in this area, and it is adjacent to the main conference room and meal locations. Each “booth” provides a 6-foot table, skirting, and two chairs. The vendor booth fee is $150 for display on Saturday and Sunday, November 3 & 4. You may set up on Friday, Nov. 2nd, prior to the Opening Reception at 5pm, or you may set up Saturday morning between 7-8am. Breakdown on Sunday can begin after the afternoon break.
