Chapter Meetings are held at at the Costa Mesa Neighborhood Community Center located at 1845 Park Ave, Costa Mesa, CA 7:30 pm on the fourth Thursday of each month, except November and December, when it is held the 1st Thursday of December. These meetings are free and open to the public. T-shirts, sweat shirts and other whale related items may be for sale and refreshments may be provided.
